We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our brick-making machines, generate leads, visit potential customers, explain products, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, customer communication, lead generation, and sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads for brick-making machines through field marketing, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers, dealers, contractors, builders, entrepreneurs, and construction-related businesses.
- Explain machine specifications, features, advantages, pricing, and other product information to customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and production team regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote company products through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other suitable platforms.
- Attend exhibitions, local business events, and customer meetings when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing and sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and provide information about competitors and customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally.




- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Local market knowledge will be an advantage.

Education

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Mechanical/Technical fields will be preferred.

Experience

- Fresher: Can apply if they have good communication and sales skills.
- Experienced: 1–3 years in sales, marketing, machinery sales, construction-material sales, or a related industry preferred.
