Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Marketing subjects to MBA/PGDM students.

- Deliver lectures in Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing Research, Retail Marketing, and Strategic Marketing.

- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, examinations, and study materials.

- Mentor students for projects, internships, and placements.

- Participate in curriculum development, academic research, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.

- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.

- Support departmental activities and accreditation initiatives.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Marketing concepts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Student mentoring and classroom management.

- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.

- Good research and academic writing skills will be an added advantage
