Marketing Officer – Investor Relations & Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Officer – Investor Relations & Business Development to support Alizglow in developing strong relationships with investors, clients, and business partners while contributing to overall business growth.

The candidate will be responsible for handling assigned investor and client leads, conducting meetings and presentations, maintaining regular follow-ups, and supporting the management team in converting business and investment opportunities into successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with assigned investor and client leads.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with investors and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and business partners.
- Understand client and investor requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
- Coordinate with management on business proposals, investment proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain accurate lead, meeting, communication, and follow-up records.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication throughout the conversion process.
- Identify new business development and investment opportunities.
- Support the management team in client and investor acquisition activities.
- Achieve assigned business development, lead conversion, and engagement targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of investor and client information.




- Collect market feedback and provide relevant insights to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client and investor requirements.
- Represent Alizglow professionally during meetings, presentations, networking events, and business discussions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including the ability to prepare presentations, maintain records, and manage reports.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with investors, clients, business owners, and senior professionals.
- Willingness to travel for client and investor meetings when required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business and investor-related information.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- A presentable and confident personality with a qualified approach.
