Are you a college student or recent graduate looking to get hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fashion?

At Koskii, we're looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our Marketing and Merchandising teams. This is not just an internship where you observe from the sidelines youll get the opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with teams, and learn how a growing fashion brand operates.

What Youll Work On-

Marketing Intern

- Support marketing campaigns, events, activations and brand initiatives
- Assist with content planning and execution across different platforms
- Work on social media and community engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution
- Support research, competitor analysis and market trends
- Help track campaign timelines, deliverables and performance
- Assist with presentations, reports and day-to-day marketing activities
- Get hands-on exposure to how campaigns are conceptualised and executed

Merchandising Intern

- Assist the merchandising team with day-to-day product and category activities
- Support product selection, assortment planning and category analysis
- Track product performance,



sales trends and inventory movement
- Assist with market, competitor and fashion trend research
- Support preparation and maintenance of merchandising reports and MIS
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, sourcing, retail and marketing
- Assist in analysing customer preferences and product trends
- Support the team in ensuring the right products are available at the right time and in the right categories

What Were Looking For

- Students pursuing or recently completed their undergraduate/postgraduate degree
- Strong interest in fashion, retail, marketing or merchandising
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
