JOB OPPORTUNITY – MARKETING MANAGER (MANPOWER SUPPLY)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team in the Manpower Supply / Staffing Services business.

Position: Marketing Manager – Manpower Supply

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for manpower supply services.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Handle corporate and government clients.
- Identify and follow up on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tenders and opportunities.
- Manage the complete GeM bidding process, including tender analysis, bid submission, documentation and follow-up.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and government departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of manpower supply contracts.




- Achieve business and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Manpower Supply / Staffing / Facility Management is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of GeM tenders, bidding, government contracts and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of business development and marketing.
- Candidates with established contacts and experience in government/corporate manpower contracts will be preferred.
