Job Summary

Marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in digital marketing, campaign management, and team collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage marketing automation and customer nurturing campaigns.

· Plan and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, communities, and partner networks (full-funnel: CAC, ROAS, conversions).

· Plan and manage blogs, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content.





· Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

· International experience in outbound and inbound marketing is a must

· Building and leading a marketing team

· Digital aggregator partnerships and channel management

· Have worked on Product Lead Growth Model Preferred Skills · Experience launching SaaS products.

· Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise.

· Marketing automation and lifecycle marketing.

· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

· AI-powered marketing tools and campaign optimization.

· Budget plan and Vender management

Qualifications

· Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

· Robust analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to drive decisions.

· Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
