We are looking for a Marketing Manager who thinks beyond conventional marketing.

Not someone who only makes brochures, manages events or posts on social media.

We are looking for someone who can understand the market, challenge conventional thinking, create value and deliver measurable impact.

? What will you do?

- Understand customers, markets, competition and emerging healthcare trends
- Build robust product positioning and value propositions
- Drive new-product launches and market development
- Turn complex medical technology into simple, compelling communication
- Strengthen Nipro’s brand and digital presence in India
- Create impactful digital, scientific and corporate content
- Generate actionable market and competitive intelligence
- Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Training and Business teams
- Use AI, analytics and digital tools to make marketing faster, smarter and measurable




- Connect marketing initiatives directly to customer adoption and business growth

? Who are we looking for?

7–12 years of experience, preferably in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Diagnostics, Pharma or Healthcare Technology.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

More importantly, you should be:

Curious. Creative. Analytical. Digitally fluent. Commercially sharp. Strong in execution. Fearless in questioning conventional thinking.
