Job Title: Marketing Manager I

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Work Type: Onsite The Top key Responsibilities:

- Ensure organizational adherence to WW channel best practices, along with proper platform management and upkeep.
- Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders, ensure deadlines are met, clearly define responsibilities, and track as well as summarize progress.
- Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
- Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes).
- Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations

Mandatory Requirements:

- 4-5 years of professional non-internship email marketing or marketing operations experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)




- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred skills:

- Experience with sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) and/or marketing automation systems (e.g. Pardot/Marketo) including setting up end-to-end Marketing Automation data flows
- Project management skills with track record of delivering on-time, within-budget initiatives that meet and achieve goals
- Strong experience with email marketing and other outbound channels
- Motivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests with competing timelines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or technology industries
- Robust proficiency with HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with SQL; experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into and create metrics and reporting

- Any Graduation
