WERE HIRING | Assistant Marketing Manager – Brand & Retail Branding

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5+ Years

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Preferred Industry: Retail Malls / Retail Hypermarkets / Supermarkets / FMCG / Consumer Brands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute retail marketing & brand visibility initiatives across stores
- Manage in-store branding, POSM, signages, displays and promotional branding
- Plan and execute new store launch marketing campaigns, grand openings and local promotions
- Drive BTL & hyperlocal marketing activities such as roadshows, sampling, leaflet distribution and community activations
- Execute apartment activations, RWA partnerships and neighbourhood promotions
- Plan seasonal, festival and category-based marketing campaigns & promotions
- Develop marketing creatives such as posters, flyers, standees and digital communication
- Manage customer retention, loyalty and membership programs
- Track customer feedback, store traffic and campaign performance
- Measure Campaign ROI and optimize marketing budgets
- Manage creative agencies, media partners, printers and branding vendors




- Coordinate with Operations, Merchandising and Category Management teams

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Retail Malls, Retail Hypermarkets, Supermarkets or Consumer Brands are preferred. Experience with brands/organizations such as Pothys, KPN, VR Chennai, Forum Vijaya Mall or similar retail environments would be an advantage.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications; MBA/PG in Marketing or Brand Management preferred.
