Role Overview

Achnet Inc is looking for a Marketing Manager to grow ACHNETs student user base through campus marketing, student communities, ambassador programs, and product sales. The person will work closely with students, colleges, placement teams, and student ambassadors to increase registrations, platform usage, and sales of ACHNET products such as skill badges and Mock AI Interviews.

Responsibilities

- Drive student registrations and platform adoption across colleges.
- Plan and run campus campaigns, competitions, workshops, webinars, and student activities.
- Build and manage student communities across colleges and digital channels.
- Recruit and manage ACHNET Student Ambassadors and drive their performance.
- Conduct student presentations, product demos, career sessions, and awareness programs.
- Upsell and cross-sell ACHNET Skill badges, Mock AI Interviews, and other products
- Generate leads and convert student interest into product usage and revenue.
- Build relationships with placement officers, faculty, student leaders, and colleges.
- Create engaging content for WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and email.
- Track registrations,



engagement, conversions, and revenue to improve campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

- 3-8 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Student Engagement, Community Building, EdTech, or HRTech.
- Solid sales, upselling, and cross-selling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing student communities or ambassador programs.
- Ability to conduct campaigns and student-facing events.
- Strong relationship-building and execution skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel to colleges when required.
