Agrim is hiring a Marketing Intern to join our team!

? Key Responsibilities

1.

Content

Creation & Writing

Create engaging social media copies, captions, blogs and campaign content.

2.

Social Media

Management

Support content calendars, posting, engagement and performance tracking.

3.

Graphic

Design

Create social media creatives, campaign assets and basic marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.

4.

Brand

Management

Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone, messaging and visual communication.

5. Market & Competitor Research

Track competitor activities, marketing campaigns and emerging content trends.

6.

Campaign

Support & Analytics

Support campaign execution and track metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, leads and conversions,



wherever applicable.

? What We're Looking For

- Prior experience/internship in Marketing is a plus

- Exposure to Content Writing & Content Creation

- Basic understanding of Brand Management & Branding

- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools

- Understanding of Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing

- Any relevant marketing, branding, content, graphic design or college projects you've worked on

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
