AjnaLens is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile and highly communicative individual who wants hands-on exposure to a quick-paced, 360° marketing environment.

The ideal candidate is a “Swiss Army Knife” marketer—someone comfortable working across multiple channels, eager to learn, and capable of clearly and persuasively communicating ideas across teams and platforms.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

- Create and manage engaging content across social media, email, and blog platforms.
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate communication with internal teams, external partners, influencers, and stakeholders.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

- Open to students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Prior internship or academic exposure to marketing concepts is preferred.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (core requirement).
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, SEO basics, social media, email marketing).
- Creativity with a knack for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or basic CMS platforms.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Stack & System Awareness:

- Understanding of social media platforms, engagement trends,



and content strategies.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools for tracking marketing performance.
- Exposure to competitor analysis and market research techniques.
- Awareness of influencer marketing, PR outreach, and campaign execution workflows.

Leadership & Strategic Capabilities:

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams.
- Ability to take initiative and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
- Organized approach to handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and basic prompt engineering.
- Interest in emerging marketing trends and digital innovation.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media handling, or campaigns.
