We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead and develop our Pan India marketing and sales activities for mining, drilling and mineral exploration products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, managing key customers, building dealer/distributor networks and achieving sales targets across India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Pan India marketing and sales strategies.

Identify new customers, projects, dealers and distributors in the mining industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, drilling contractors, exploration companies and government/private organizations.

Lead the sales and marketing team and monitor performance.

Generate new business and increase market share.

Handle key accounts and major customers.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Visit customer sites, mines, drilling projects and industry exhibitions as required.

Prepare sales forecasts,



MIS reports and monthly/quarterly business plans.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required Experience

10+ years of experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development.

Strong experience in the Mining Products / Drilling Equipment / Mineral Exploration Industry is preferred.

Existing contacts with mining companies, drilling contractors and distributors will be an advantage.

Experience in Pan India market development.

Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Education :

Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field preferred.

INR 80,000 / Monthly As per experience + Performance Incentives
