? We’re Hiring: Marketing & Growth Associate

WeSee is hiring a Marketing & Growth Associate with 1–3 years of experience to take ownership of our marketing, lead generation, and growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to do more than just manage social media. You’ll work across digital marketing, content, outbound campaigns, partnerships, events, and lead generation — with a direct focus on building our brand and generating business opportunities.

? What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies
- Manage LinkedIn, social media, email, and other digital channels
- Create and coordinate content, campaigns, case studies, and marketing collateral
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Research prospects and support sales outreach
- Plan and execute LinkedIn, email, and other outbound campaigns
- Support SEO, website, landing page, and conversion optimization
- Plan and execute events, meetups, conferences, and other offline marketing initiatives
- Build partnerships with communities, organizations, and potential customers
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI
- Work closely with sales and leadership to improve the overall acquisition funnel
- Experiment with new channels, campaigns, and growth opportunities





? What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, or business development
- Solid communication, copywriting, and research skills
- Good understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and customer acquisition
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and outbound outreach
- Comfortable working across both online and offline marketing
- Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

? Good to Have
- B2B marketing experience
- Startup experience
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, CRM, or marketing automation
- Experience in technology, AI, fintech, or Web3
- Experience organizing events, meetups, or field-marketing campaigns
