Oushadhi Naturals is looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead the market development of Ayurvedic OTC syrups focused on menstrual health (women’s wellness) and mental health (children & adults). The role requires robust understanding of the local pharmacy and retail network in Gorakhpur and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for OTC Ayurvedic products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists, pharmacies, and retail shops
- Expand product presence across Gorakhpur and nearby districts
- Drive sales growth through retailer engagement and market activation
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure visibility and availability of products at retail counters

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharma / Ayurvedic / OTC / FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of Gorakhpur’s pharmacy and retail market
- Must be a local resident of Gorakhpur or nearby areas




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits
