Job Title: Marketing Executive – Injectables

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Liquid Ampoule, Dry Powder for Injection, Liquid Vial Injection, and Lyophilized Injection products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with sales teams to design promotional campaigns and support product launches.
- Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, events, and medical conferences.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product literature.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical marketing practices.

Desired Skills

- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and industry trends.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to visit clients and stay in the field for 4 days per week, with 2 days at the plant.
- Knowledge of the North India market to effectively cater to regional needs.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically in Injectables.

Package

- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
