Job Summary The Marketing Executive (Sales Support) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with Sales Officers and internal departments, managing sales incentive programs, and providing commercial support to ensure timely customer service and order conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations in coordination with the sales team.

Coordinate with Sales Officers, Business Managers, and distributors for pricing, product information, and order follow-up.

Manage and administer sales incentive schemes, maintaining records and performance reports.

Coordinate with Regulatory and QC for technical and commercial requirements, if any.

Maintain inquiry, quotation and scheme performance activity.





Ensure timely response to customer requests and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in science or commerce.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the chemical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or life science industry.

Required Skills

Strong customer communication and coordination skills

Experience in quotation preparation and commercial documentation

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Positive analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
