Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support marketing initiatives, lead generation, market research, digital campaigns, client engagement, and business development activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the IT industry while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Assist in generating leads through online platforms, email campaigns, and networking.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and client documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with customer and prospect information.
- Assist in organizing webinars, exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Support branding initiatives and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Willingness to learn new technologies and marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of the IT industry and software services.
- Understanding of B2B marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Canva, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
