Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for our RMC division to promote ready mix concrete products, generate leads, and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and developers.

The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, client acquisition, and sales growth in the construction industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Identify and generate new leads for RMC supply
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and developers
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships

Sales & Client Handling
- Promote RMC products and explain technical benefits
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups

Market Research
- Study local market demand and competitor pricing
- Identify new project opportunities (residential, commercial, industrial)
- Provide market feedback to management

Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute field marketing strategies
- Coordinate with plant and operations team for smooth supply
- Support branding activities and promotions

Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales reports
- Track leads,



conversions, and revenue targets
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements

Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction materials (RMC preferred)
- Field marketing and sales experience
- Relationship-building ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)

Qualifications
- Any Degree (BBA / B.Com / Diploma / Civil preferred)

Experience
- 5–10 years in RMC, Construction, Cement, or Building Materials
- Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply
