Role Description The Marketing Executive role at HD Origin is a full time, on-site position based in Dharmapuri.

The Marketing

Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans, including promotional campaigns for paint and coating products across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity,



and analyzing customer trends to identify growth opportunities. The role involves coordinating with sales teams and dealers, organizing marketing events, and managing local branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.

The Marketing

Executive will also assist with content for marketing materials, maintain accurate reports on campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective product positioning.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Marketing activities, including campaign development and execution.
- Strong Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Effective Communication skills for working with internal teams, dealers, and customers.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, dealer engagement, and product promotion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dharmapuri, travel locally as needed, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the paints, construction materials, or building products industry is preferred but not mandatory.
