Job OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience to support our business growth through B2B marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, market research, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and convert potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and outreach channels.
- Conduct B2B marketing activities to reach prospective clients.
- Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and introduce relevant company services.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to support client acquisition.
- Maintain and build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.




- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage and update lead information, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and business development activities.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and track lead/campaign performance.
- Participate in networking events, webinars, and other business development initiatives.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, B2B Marketing, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Good market research and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and other basic office tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
