Dil Foods (Dil Brands) creates and operates virtual food brands designed to meet the daily meal needs of customers across India. By partnering with small and medium-sized restaurants, Dil Foods helps them improve utilization of existing kitchen assets and resources through its portfolio of virtual brands. This model enables restaurant partners to reach new customers, expand their offerings, and increase revenue without significant additional investment.

We're looking for a creative, curious marketer who thinks beyond just making creatives, someone who understands the impact a campaign can create. This is a role for someone who wants to build brands, not just manage a content calendar.

About the Role

- Own campaigns end-to-end, from idea, to content, to on-ground execution, to impact
- Build and run the social content strategy across our brands: what we post, why, and how it ladders up to brand positioning
- Get behind (and in front of) the camera ,shoot, direct,



and edit content when needed; you're comfortable being both the planner and the creator
- Plan and execute offline activations, stalls, pop-ups, brand experiences, and events — with the same rigor as a digital campaign
- Spot trends early and react fast with sharp, relevant content
- Coordinate shoots, shoot days, and vendors/agencies with agility and attention to detail
- Partner closely with our influencer marketing to make sure content, campaigns, and creator activity all pull in the same direction

Candidate Profile
1. A quick learner with robust instincts for culture, food, and storytelling
2. Hands-on, proactive, and excited to experiment , someone who'd rather test something small than debate it in a deck
3. UG or PG degree in Marketing or a related field
4. 1–2 years of relevant experience (brand, content, or on-ground marketing)
