Job Title: Marketing Executive Assistant

About the Role

Goat Funded Trader is looking for a proactive, highly organized and solution-oriented Marketing Executive Assistant to work directly with the Marketing Director.

This is a hands-on role covering reputation management, social media, marketing support, research and reporting.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates openly and doesn’t simply wait for instructions. If you identify a problem, we expect you to investigate it and, whenever possible, bring a solution with it.

Key Responsibilities

Reputation Management

- Monitor and manage review platforms and respond to reviews promptly.
- Investigate negative reviews and coordinate with Support/Risk to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on resolved cases and work toward improving/removing negative reviews where appropriate.

•Monitor customer sentiment, social comments, X and Discord, escalating potential reputation issues when necessary.

Social Media & Research

- Monitor comments and activity across GFT’s social channels.
- Research trends, memes, creative formats and content opportunities.
- Identify high-performing content, campaigns and creative ideas that could inspire GFT’s marketing strategy.
- Proactively share content insights and actionable ideas with the Marketing Director.
- Prepare content inspiration updates twice per month, including actionable ideas for GFT.

Marketing & EA Support
- Monitor and organize the Marketing Director’s company inbox, flagging important emails, deadlines and opportunities.
- Keep track of recurring tasks, follow-ups, marketing deadlines and company milestones.




- Support research, campaigns, merchandise and other ad-hoc marketing projects.
- Join internal or external calls when required and follow up on necessary actions.
- Prepare a structured monthly marketing/reputation report.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of trading and the prop trading industry.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and Discord.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Canva, social media management tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Solid research, organization and communication skills.
- Previous experience in social media, marketing or reputation management is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving remote environment.
