? About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing – Customer Relationship Officer who will work closely with our Freelancers / ProConnect Partners on a daily basis, build strong skilled relationships, support them in generating business, and drive business conversions through the ProConnect network .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people interaction, relationship management, follow-ups and business development .

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned Freelancers / ProConnect Partners .
- Connect with freelancers on a daily basis and understand their business activities and requirements.
- Motivate and guide freelancers to actively generate and pursue business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly on leads,



prospects and business opportunities shared by freelancers.
- Coordinate closely with freelancers from lead generation to business conversion .
- Provide the required support, information and coordination to help freelancers close opportunities.
- Track freelancer activities, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Identify inactive freelancers and take initiatives to reactivate and engage them .
- Maintain a cordial, professional and long-term relationship with the ProConnect network.
- Communicate company services, offers and business opportunities effectively to freelancers.
- Work towards achieving monthly business conversion and revenue targets .
- Prepare daily/weekly updates on freelancer engagement and conversion status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of converted business.
