About the Role

We are looking for a talented and research-driven Technical / B2B Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality content for IT services, BPO, SaaS, outsourcing, technical support, or related industries.

You will be responsible for developing long-form blogs, service pages, case studies, and other content that supports our SEO, lead-generation, and digital marketing objectives.

The role requires someone who can understand technical and operational concepts, conduct independent research, and transform complex information into clear, engaging, and search-optimized content.

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit long-form blog content, service pages, and case studies covering BPO, IT technical support, help desk operations, infrastructure/application monitoring, and AI-enabled data services

Research industry trends, competitor activity, and global IT/BPO market developments to shape content strategy

Collaborate with SEO to implement keyword strategy, on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, H1s), and FAQ content targeting featured snippets

Fact-check and source statistics, pricing benchmarks, and market data used in content





Write AEO/GEO-optimized content structured for AI answer engines and generative search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)

Own content for recent service launches, working from keyword research and competitor analysis

Maintain editorial consistency across 15+ service pages and a growing blog library

Requirements

3 - 4 years of technical or B2B content writing experience, ideally in BPO, IT services, SaaS, or outsourcing

Strong grasp of SEO content practices (keyword integration, snippet targeting, on-page structure)

Ability to research and accurately represent technical/operational topics (IT support tiers, monitoring systems, data services)

Excellent editing and fact-checking discipline, especially with numeric/statistical claims

Experience writing for multiple markets or audience segments a plus

Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar is a plus

Nice to Have

Background in customer support, IT operations, or data services content

Experience with Medium/CMS publishing workflows
