We're looking for creative and proactive Marketing & Community Interns to help grow Avloryn's online presence, build our community, and drive engagement across social media. If you enjoy content creation, social media, community building, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage Avloryn's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.

Plan, create, and publish engaging content.

Build and engage with Avloryn's online community.

Respond to comments and direct messages.

Generate qualified leads through social media.

Promote Avloryn's products, campaigns, and initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams for product-related content.

Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

Compensation

This is an unpaid, referral commission-based internship.

You will receive a unique referral code.

Earn 10% of the net amount collected by Avloryn for eligible customers who use your referral code.

The commission percentage may be increased based on performance, at Avloryn's discretion.

Payouts will be made in accordance with the Company's Referral Program.

Internship Terms





Fully remote and deliverables-based internship with flexible working hours.

A minimum of 3 months of completed internship is required to be eligible for an Internship Completion Certificate.

Interns who discontinue before completing 3 months will not be eligible for an Internship Completion Certificate, Letter of Recommendation (LOR), or other internship benefits.

Outstanding performers who successfully complete at least 3 months may receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) and first preference for future paid opportunities at Avloryn, at the Company's discretion.

Who We're Looking For

Strong interest in social media, marketing, and community building.

Creative and proactive individuals with good communication skills.

Comfortable creating and managing social media content.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.

Self-motivated and target-oriented individuals.

Students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on startup and marketing experience.
