We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development Associtae to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience who enjoys marketing, client interactions and seeing projects come to life.

What You'll Do

- Support the business development team with lead generation and outreach.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
- Coordinate with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Manage and execute small-scale marketing and client projects from start to finish.
- Assist with influencer research, outreach and relationship management for campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and partnerships as required.

Who We're Looking For





- Around 1+ years in marketing, business development, influencer marketing, account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid research and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or presentation tools is a plus.
