Aarolife is an early-stage healthcare startup focused on healthy ageing and geriatric care. We help families better understand the functional health of their ageing parents through our Functional Health Check .

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help Aarolife expand its presence across Bangalore through meaningful relationships and partnerships.

You will work closely with the founders , explore new opportunities, build partnerships and play an important role in the company's growth.

What You'll Do

- Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with community and healthcare stakeholders .
- Engage with residential/community networks, healthcare organisations, senior and family-focused communities, and other relevant partners.
- Coordinate meetings, initiatives and follow-ups.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track outcomes.




- Share market insights and new ideas with the founders.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, healthcare, real estate, education or a similar role.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada – mandatory.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident speaking with people and conducting meetings.
- Self-driven, organised and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable with local travel within Bangalore.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Google Sheets/Excel.
