AI & Marketing Operations Manager — Reechd Co Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala (on-site)

Reechd Co is looking for an experienced AI & Marketing Operations Manager to own our marketing technology, automation, and execution ecosystem.

This is not a conventional Marketing Manager role.

We need someone who can combine Marketing AI Automation CRM Lead Generation Analytics to build a highly effective, technology-driven marketing operation — for Reechd's own growth and for the systems we build for clients.

? THE ROLE You will act as the Control Tower for our entire marketing operation — building, managing, optimising, and continuously automating the systems that power marketing, lead generation, and client delivery.

You'll be responsible for

- AI tools, AI workflows, and AI agents
- CRM management and optimisation
- Marketing automation
- Lead-generation systems
- Email marketing automation
- WhatsApp marketing and automation
- Social media publishing systems
- SEO workflows and automation
- GEO / AI Search optimisation workflows
- AI-assisted content and video production
- Campaign planning and execution
- Marketing analytics and dashboards
- Marketing SOPs and process optimisation
- Internal workflow automation
- Lead nurturing and follow-up systems
- Reporting and performance tracking
- Identifying repetitive manual processes and eliminating them through technology

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar AI / Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation role is required.

We're looking for a hands-on operator, not someone who only delegates work. You should have practical experience with several of the following:

- AI tools and AI-powered workflows
- Marketing automation platforms
- CRM systems
- Lead-generation technology
- Email automation
- WhatsApp automation
- SEO and GEO
- Analytics and reporting

You should be comfortable learning new technology quickly, connecting different systems, and automating work currently done manually.
