About Us

USA Tax Gurus is a fast-growing U.S. tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory firm serving individuals, entrepreneurs, startups, agencies, e-commerce businesses, and companies with international tax needs.

We're expanding our marketing team and are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate who enjoys designing, building, and learning. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to digital marketing, funnel building, content creation, advertising and business growth.

Who We're Looking For

We're not necessarily looking for the most experienced candidate. We're looking for someone who is:

- Creative and enjoys designing visual assets
- A fast learner who can pick up recent tools and concepts quickly
- Curious and willing to learn on the job
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Interested in digital marketing, funnels, advertising, and content creation
- Able to think from the customer's perspective

Responsibilities

Design & Creative Assets

- Create brochures, one-pagers, eBooks, presentations, and lead magnets
- Design social media posts, carousels, infographics, and promotional graphics
- Create ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials

Funnel & Landing Page Support

- Build and optimize landing pages
- Assist with funnel creation and lead generation campaigns
- Create forms, workflows, and automations
- Help improve conversion rates through testing and optimization

Social Media & Content Marketing

- Create and schedule social media content
- Design content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Repurpose blogs, webinars,



and videos into social media assets
- Assist with content planning and campaign execution

Paid Advertising

- Support Meta ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Create and test new ad creatives
- Assist with audience targeting and campaign optimization

Preferred Skills

Experience with some (not necessarily all) of the following:

- Canva
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Landing page builders
- Email marketing
- Funnel creation
- Marketing automation tools
- Content Creation
- Experience working with accounting, tax, bookkeeping, financial advisory or professional services firms
