Marketing Manager – Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing activities for our Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with builders, contractors, developers, consultants and infrastructure companies, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

- Generate new leads and convert them into RMC orders.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, contractors, consultants and project managers.
- Visit construction sites regularly and understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates, payment terms and commercial conditions within company guidelines.
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely conversion into orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

1. Market Development

- Continuously map the local RMC and construction market.
- Identify new projects at the planning, tender and construction stages.
- Develop a robust network among architects, structural consultants, civil contractors,



procurement teams and project heads.
- Track competitor pricing, products, services and market activities.
- Identify opportunities for supplying concrete to large infrastructure and government projects.

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the plant, dispatch and quality teams for smooth supply.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve commercial/service-related issues.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups in coordination with the accounts team.

1. Project & Order Coordination

- Coordinate with the RMC plant, batching team, dispatch team and quality-control department to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Confirm concrete grade, quantity, delivery schedule and site requirements before dispatch.
- Monitor major projects from first enquiry through completion.
- Ensure that committed delivery schedules and customer requirements are communicated internally.

1. Reporting

- Maintain daily records of leads, site visits, enquiries, quotations and confirmed orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
- Provide regular updates on upcoming projects and market opportunities.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
