Hiring: Marketing Assistant ? Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

? Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days/Week

? Experience: Minimum 1 Year Chotteylal & Sons is looking for a smart, resourceful Marketing Assistant to support our Social Media, Design and E-commerce teams across a variety of marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who is organized, digitally savvy, quick to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats as projects and business priorities evolve.

Your work may include

- Supporting marketing campaigns from planning to execution
- Creating and adapting marketing content, copy and communication
- Assisting with e-commerce, website and promotional activities
- Using AI tools for research, content and faster execution
- Making quick creative edits and adaptations using Canva
- Supporting SEO, blogs, keyword research and other organic marketing initiatives
- Preparing project briefs, compiling requirements and organizing deliverables




- Coordinating with team members to keep projects and daily tasks moving
- Organizing data, reports and insights for marketing analysis
- Taking up other marketing and operational tasks as required Must-Have Skills: Excellent English communication skills — strong written and spoken English is a must

Canva Design Tool proficiency with a good sense of graphic design — should be comfortable creating and editing basic marketing creatives independently

Good understanding of E-commerce, Social Media and SEO

Working knowledge of AI tools for research

Positive working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

Ability to multitask, learn quickly and take ownership of tasks

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Note: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other professional design software is NOT required.
