Job Overview : We are seeking a high-performing, analytical, and creative Remote Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert to orchestrate our complete online ecosystem. This role goes beyond daily posting; you will design, execute, and manage our entire digital marketing funnel to drive high-value buyer and seller leads. As a remote expert, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven growth.

You will manage paid advertising budgets, optimize our digital touchpoints, and collaborate with local agents to scale our real estate brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Funnel Digital Marketing Strategy

- Growth Strategy: Architect and execute an end-to-end inbound marketing plan covering organic social, paid media, email marketing, and web landing pages.
- Lead Generation: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, lead-capture forms, and digital lead magnets for rental purposes .
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design, write, and automate weekly email drip campaigns and newsletters to nurture cold real estate leads into warm listing appointments.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate on or execute basic SEO strategies for property listings, landing pages, and blog posts to capture local search traffic for rental purposes.

2. Social Media & Creative Execution

- Omnichannel Management: Oversee and scale our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube with platform-specific content strategies.
- Remote Content Direction: Script, storyboard, and edit raw high-resolution property video/photo assets supplied by on-site real estate agents into premium Reels, Shorts, and static posts.
- Brand Voice & Copywriting: Write persuasive, emotionally compelling, and legally compliant marketing copy for social ads, email blasts,



and digital brochures.

3. Paid Media & Analytics

- Ad Budget Management: Plan, launch, and continuously A/B test Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting specific geographic demographics.
- Data & ROI Reporting: Set up pixel tracking, monitor cost-per-lead (CPL), and provide comprehensive monthly reports on marketing ROI, traffic, and conversion metrics.

Required Skills & QualificationsMarketing & Technical Requirements:

- Proven Track Record: 1–6+ years of digital marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on real estate, luxury property, hospitality, or direct-to-consumer industries.
- Paid Ads Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including retargeting strategies and custom audience building.
- MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, WordPress).
- Data Literacy: Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tracking attribution models, and turning cold metrics into actionable marketing adjustments.

Design & Remote Operations:

- Creative Tools: High proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar industry-standard design tools for maintaining a luxury brand aesthetic.
- Remote Efficiency: Absolute self-discipline to hit deadlines independently using workflow tools like Slack, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
