Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role based in Vadodara. The Marketing Assistant will primarily support BTN’s email marketing and newsletter activities across its global beverage industry brands, competitions, trade shows, and media platforms.

Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling email campaigns, preparing and formatting newsletters, coordinating email content and promotional materials, managing subscriber lists, and ensuring campaigns are sent accurately and on time. The candidate will also monitor key email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, and prepare regular campaign reports.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with broader marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, updating customer and lead data, and supporting communication with partners, clients, and internal teams. The role also involves preparing sales and marketing presentations, responding to routine customer inquiries,



and coordinating promotions, events, and outreach initiatives.

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the sales, marketing, content, design, data, and events teams to ensure newsletters and other marketing initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with BTN’s commercial goals.

Qualifications

- Strong email marketing and newsletter coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare, format, schedule, test, and manage email campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar tools is preferred.
- Understanding of subscriber segmentation, mailing-list management, campaign tracking, and email marketing best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Market research skills to gather, organize, and interpret information about customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive client and partner relationships.
- Basic sales and marketing knowledge to support lead generation, promotional campaigns, and sales-enablement activities.
- Ability to monitor email performance, including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, or email automation systems is an advantage.
- Interest in the beverage, wine, spirits, beer, or non-alcoholic drinks industry, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
