About the Role

Assotech Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team in Noida. The intern will get hands-on exposure to the real estate sales process, customer interaction, lead generation, telecalling, and sales coordination.

This is an excellent prospect for candidates looking to build their career in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, and Tele-Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in generating and following up on customer leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain available real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and update lead status.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handling of customer queries.




- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
- Perform other sales and marketing activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Real Estate Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
