We are looking for fluent in speaking English & Hindi with any regional languages (Marathi/Bengali/.Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada ) for Tele sales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining our offerings, and driving conversions through outbound and inbound calls.

Metabolic blood profiling (at-home sample collection)

Doctor consultations for personalized diagnosis

Key Responsibilities

Handle 70+ calls per day (inbound/outbound) with prospective customers

Explain product offerings clearly and drive conversions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/sheets

Follow up with leads and ensure closure within defined timelines

Adhere to call quality, compliance, and performance metrics

Requirements





Positive communication skills in English/Hindi is mandatory

Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment

Ability to work in a target-driven setup

Eligibility

Good in English & Hindi Communication Skills along with any regional language (Marathi/Malayalam/Kannada/Tamil /Bengali )

Any Graduate's having 2- 3 yrs experience in Tele Sales from Healthcare companies

Work Setup

Work From Office - Delhi location6 days work week ( 5 days from Office +1 day WFH)

Stable Wi-Fi connection

Ability to handle rejection and maintain call quality

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentIncentives will be provided based on performance & achievement of 100-200 sales target closures only
