Role Description This is a full-time, in office Public Relations Specialist role based in New Delhi.

The Public Relations

Specialist will manage day-to-day media outreach, draft and distribute press releases, and coordinate interviews and features across relevant publications and platforms. The role involves developing and executing PR strategies that align with client and agency objectives, maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders, and monitoring coverage to report on impact. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams across communications, content,



and influencer marketing to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive brand narratives.

Responsibilities also include handling event-related PR activities, preparing briefing documents, and supporting crisis communication efforts when required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills to engage effectively with press, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Strategic Communications and Communication, including message development and alignment with brand objectives.
- Candidates should possess the ability to draft, refine, and manage Press Releases and other PR materials tailored to diverse platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a strong sense of narrative and tone.
- Candidates should possess experience coordinating with media and talent in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, F&B;, or travel sectors, or a strong interest in these domains.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in an agency or brand communications environment and familiarity with digital and social media platforms are beneficial.
