About the Rol eWe are looking for 2-3 sharp, detail-oriented Market Research Executives to strengthen our Inside Sales / Business Development engine. This role sits at the core of our outbound function - you will build high-quality prospect data, run and maintain our email outreach campaigns, and use research (including AI-based tools) to map the right prospects to the right Cybertech service lines. It is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is analytical, well-organised, and eager to own a process end-to-end

.Key Responsibilitie sData Sourcing &

• Prospect Researc

- hBuild and enrich accurate prospect and contact databases using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, and open online sources
- .Conduct AI-assisted research to profile prospects and map them to the most relevant Cybertech service lines
- .Segment and maintain target account and contact lists aligned to each campaign and service line

.Campaign & • Mailbox Managemen

- tSet up, run, and monitor outbound email campaigns on Mailshake (or similar platforms), including mailbox management and deliverability hygiene
- .Manage and update campaign content - email copy, sequences, and follow-ups - across multiple service lines
- .Keep campaign data and messaging current and error-free as offerings and target lists evolve





.Campaign Planning & • Trackin

- gTrack all agreed and ongoing campaigns, their status, and basic performance
- .Prepare data, content, and campaign setup in advance for upcoming campaigns
- .Coordinate with the BD team to stay ahead of the campaign pipeline and flag what’s coming up

.Required Skills &

• Competencie

- sStrong aptitude and analytical thinking - able to research, spot patterns, and organise information cleanly
- .Positive organisational and self-management skills; comfortable running several campaigns and service lines in parallel
- .Solid written English for reviewing and refining outreach content
- .Sharp attention to detail and a bias for accurate, well-maintained data
- .Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and LinkedIn, and a willingness to quickly learn Mailshake, ZoomInfo, and AI research tools
- .Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision

.Qualifications & • Experienc

- eGraduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing / Business) preferred
- .Comfortable working in the US shift from our Thane office (work from office)
- .1-3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, inside sales support, demand generation, or a similar data/research role
- .Exposure to B2B / IT services outreach is a plus but not mandatory

.Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with Mailshake or similar outreach platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, etc.)
- .Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Lusha, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- .Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) for research and content
