The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Executive who can manage social media, create video content, produce UGC/testimonials and run performance marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for taking content from idea → shoot → edit → publish → measure → improve.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, X & YouTube content
- Create and maintain weekly/monthly posting schedules
- Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts, founder videos and educational content
- Create UGC, client testimonials and case studies
- Develop content ideas, hooks, captions and CTAs
- Manage content calendar and publishing
- Run and optimize Meta/Google/LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- Track CPL, MQL, SQL, CAC and campaign performance
- Identify trends and continuously test new content/creative formats
- Support founder-led marketing and brand growth

Requirements :
- 2–5 years of marketing/content experience
- Strong social media and short-form video skills
- Comfortable shooting videos using phone/camera
- Experience with CapCut/Premiere/Canva or similar tools
- Performance marketing experience




- Strong copywriting and content ideation skills
- Data-driven and commercially focused
- Able to work independently and execute quickly

Experience in Web3, fintech, startups, B2B or business setup is a solid advantage. What We’re Looking For :

A doer, not just a coordinator — someone who can independently create content, manage social media, run campaigns and contribute directly to lead generation and revenue.

Salary: Depending on experience + performance incentives.
