Role Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing support and shopfloor operations. The candidate should have solid exposure to MBOM, EBOM, SAP Routing, manufacturing planning, work instructions, engineering change management and engineering drawing/GD&T; interpretation .

A minimum of 1 year of hands-on shopfloor manufacturing experience is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) structures.
- Review Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and manage engineering changes.
- Create and maintain production and master routings in SAP.
- Develop manufacturing, assembly and rework work instructions.
- Release approved manufacturing and assembly plans for production execution.
- Manage Routing Standard Change Request (RSCR) processes.
- Develop and maintain standard work procedures and manufacturing plans in Solumina.
- Create and maintain purchase routing (CCS).
- Generate tool orders, production orders and standard work documentation.




- Create and modify routing steps, standard hours, lot sizes, PRTs and long text.
- Support shopfloor assembly and machining activities.
- Create NC rework programs to address quality notifications and defects.
- Support field repair and retrofit activities with Aftermarket teams.
- Conduct manufacturing process and workflow improvement studies.
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
