Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recent component setting & operating CNC / VMC /HMC machine.

- Setup activities like Work offset, Tool offset, Tool length compensation, Cutter radius compensation etc.

- Handling tools and inserts (Tooling).

- Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC Operations, Programming &
- Setup.

- Responsible for 5's on shop floor

Job Requirements :

- Qualification: Fulltime Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile AICTE approved institute or Diploma/ Post Diploma in Tool &
- Die Making from IGTR / IDTR / Central Tool Room / NTTF institutes

- Candidate should have hands on experience in operating and programming on Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC machines

- Hands on knowledge of programming softwares – PowerMILL, MasterCAM etc.(for programmers)

- Knowledge of Instrument Handling &

- Setting, Tooling process &
- CNC programming

- Person with working knowledge of Batch production will be added advantage

- Candidate from Tooling industry would be preferred

- Turn-Mill / Integrex experience would be preferred.
