We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with 3 to 6 years of experience to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing practices, test planning, defect management, and Agile methodologies. The role involves creating test cases, executing various testing types, reporting defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities

- Review business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, UI, and cross-browser testing.
- Identify, log, track, retest, and validate defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Maintain and enhance regression test suites to ensure maximum test coverage.
- Prepare test data, test reports, test execution summaries, and QA documentation.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams.
- Identify risks, usability concerns,



and requirement gaps early in the development lifecycle.
- Provide quality metrics, status updates, and release readiness reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and quality deliverables.

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and Defect Lifecycle.
- Proven experience in designing, documenting, and executing detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other defect tracking and test management tools.
- Good knowledge of testing techniques such as Boundary Value Analysis (BVA), Equivalence Partitioning (EP), Decision Table Testing, and Exploratory Testing.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Basic to intermediate exposure to API testing using Postman.
- Knowledge of SQL queries for database validation and backend testing.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple testing activities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Experience working with web and mobile applications is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
