Role Description This is a full-time, in office Manual Tester/QA role based in Jaipur. The role involves designing, documenting, and executing test cases for web and mobile applications, ensuring that all features meet functional, performance, and usability requirements.

The Manual

Tester/QA professional will perform detailed test execution, log and track defects, collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements, and participate in review meetings to improve overall product quality. Daily responsibilities include regression testing, smoke testing, and functional testing, as well as validating fixes and verifying builds prior to release. The role also includes maintaining test documentation, contributing to quality assurance best practices, and supporting continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, document, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing.




- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure application stability.
- Verify builds and releases against defined functional and quality requirements.
- Review requirements and identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Maintain test cases, test scenarios, test reports, and other QA documentation.
- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint discussions, and product review meetings.
- Contribute to QA best practices and continuously improve testing processes.
- Basic knowledge of API testing.

Qualifications
- 6months to 1 year experience in manual testing and Test Execution.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, SDLC, and STLC .
- Ability to create clear, detailed, and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios .
- Experience with functional, regression, smoke, usability, and release testing .
- Strong understanding of defect lifecycle, bug reporting, and defect tracking .
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot application issues.
- Basic knowledge of API testing, databases, SQL, and mobile platforms such as Android and iOS is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field .
- QA or software testing certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Jaipur .
