Job Summary:
An experienced management professional to organize and oversee the manufacturing of Transmitters in Rosemount Measurement, with responsibility for engineering support to production to meet daily target with Safety mindset, Quality, Speed and on-time delivery. Lead/participate in process improvement projects to improve production safety, obtain higher efficiency and cost savings. Maintain global consistency.
Support the development and introduction of new products and ensure that new products are put into Production with high quality.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drives and troubleshoots out-of-control situations, process issues and put corrective actions in place.
- Leads and/or to participates in development, training, qualification and validation activities for new product or technology transfers.
- Instruct the production line to carry out production activities in strict accordance with the production process flow.
- Analyze demand and shipment data, identify opportunities for introduction of new products and new options, and build production
capacity to improve build capacity.
- Creates and manages Bill of Material (BOM) structure, product attributes, categories, configuration and Engineering related support.
- Ensures processes and equipment are operated in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety Regulations and Policies.
- Applies engineering, statistical tools and other problem-solving methodologies in resolving manufacturing issues.
- Identifies and ensures implementation of cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Regularly analyze the production capacity of the production line, determine the bottleneck process, optimize and adjust the
production line and ensure sufficient production capacity of the production line.
- Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space and equipment layout optimization, automation and digital transformation.
- Lead or participate in the improvement of safety aspects of the company and departments, such as identification of hazards and
environmental factors, ESR, LOTO, etc., to ensure the implementation of national safety regulations and company safety production rules and regulations in the production line.
- Participate in the discussion of the global quality and consistency meeting.

- Degree in Engineering with minimum 2-8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Lean techniques, SPC and Six Sigma and Process Improvement tools preferred.
- Able to think out of the box and a team player, with strong desire to learn more.
- Drive for results, Strong Analytical mindset and Communication skills.
- Project management experience with Current Product transfer, automation and lean will be added advantage.
- Proficient level of computer skills including ERP and MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
