Advisors & Consulting Servic esServices within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.

Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurant s.The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. Qualificat ionsBasic qualificat ions• Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management,



or product manage ment• Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder manage ment• Experience managing key client relations hips• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leader ship• Ability to identify current business development opportunities, and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportuni ties• Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical anal ysis• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint sk ills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environ ment• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applica ble)• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel n eeds• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular b asis
