We are looking for a Manpower Recruitment Executive to source and mobilise skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled civil/construction workers for our manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and connect with skilled and unskilled civil workers through local networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with labour communities and local contacts.
- Identify suitable workers according to project requirements.
- Coordinate worker mobilisation and recruitment.
- Travel to local areas and labour sites whenever required.
- Maintain regular communication with workers and recruitment teams.

Requirements

- Strong Hindi & English communication skills .

- Good knowledge and connections within local labour communities.
- Experience in manpower sourcing,



recruitment or labour mobilisation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel whenever required.
