Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage US federal tax compliance, reporting, and planning for partnerships and corporations.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of Form 1065 (Partnership Return) and related schedules.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless integration of global tax strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on complex tax issues related to partnership taxation.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in US corporate taxation or partnership taxation.
- Robust knowledge of Federal Tax laws and regulations governing partnerships and corporations.
- Proficiency in preparing Form 1065 (Partnership Return) and related schedules.
- Experience working with international clients or multinational companies.
