Role & responsibilities :

1. TBEM Internal Assessments
2. Plan and execute TBEM Internal Assessments across Business Units as per the annual assessment calendar
3. Coordinate with assessment teams, Facilitate site visits and conclude the assessments as per timelines
4. Drive BU-level action planning and track closure of improvement actions

5. TBEM External Assessments
6. Lead preparation for TBEM External Assessments, including application development and readiness reviews
7. Coordinate with Business Units for application write-ups aligned with TBEM criteria
8. Manage interactions with external assessors (e.g., understanding calls, site visits, feedback sessions)
9. Ensure high-quality documentation, data accuracy, and alignment with business strategy
10. Support leadership in achieving targeted TBEM score bands and benchmarking positioning
11. Capability Building and Best Practice Sharing

Drive capability building programs through various in house programs like BEPP, SMEAP etc.
13. Conduct workshops, orientation sessions, and refresher trainings on TBEM for Internal Assessors and BU teams
14. Enable structured learning and sharing platforms across BUs (e.g., internal sessions, webinars, excellence forums)
15. Participate and organize the Learning Missions, EDGE Webinars and other TBExG intiatives

16. Strategy Deployment through BSC
17. Execute the BSC development process as per annual timelines
18. Development of Corporate BSC and ensuring cascade for BSC development for BUs
19. Review of BSCs at defined frequencies
20. Identify and track key BSC initiatives
