We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager- -Product Commercialization with strong experience in specialty chemical / Metals / Hydrometallurgy / Rare earth elements (REE)/battery recycling. The role involves process design, calculations, guiding production people and preparation of engineering documents like BEP, utility calculations etc Also handles outsourced production, vendor relationships and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update process engineering documents such as: o BEP (Basic engineering package) and Utility calculations o P&IDs; (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) o PFDs (Process Flow diagrams) o Process datasheets (vessels, pumps, Columns, instruments, etc.) o Pilot trials and Commissioning of new product in plants o SOP review and preparation

Perform process calculations, including:

o Equipment sizing o Hydraulic calculations

Ensure all designs comply with international codes, standards, and safety regulations

Maintain quality standards and follow company SOPs and quality procedures.

Industry Experience Required

Experience in any of the following industries:

Specialty Chemicals

Metals

Battery recycling

Hydrometallurgy

Rare earth elements (REE) with international codes,



standards, and safety regulations

Maintain quality standards and follow company SOPs and quality procedures.

Key Skills Required

Solid Chemical Engineering fundamentals

Having good experience of Contract manufacturing/Manufacturing in Metals/Hydrometallurgy/Battery recycling and Rare earth metals (REE) plants. Process design & engineering calculations like MB and EB PFD & P&ID; development and review

Equipment & system design

Understanding of engineering codes & standards

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Also have positive attitude.

Able to lead any specific product portfolio individually.

Qualification

BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in specialty chemical / Metals / Hydrometallurgy / Battery recycling and Rare earth metals (REE) manufacturing plants.
