Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager in Spiritual & Wellness sector to manage branch operations, drive sales, lead the team and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The Manager will be responsible for the overall management of branch operations, sales performance, customer experience, team productivity, and operational compliance.

The ideal candidate should have proven managerial experience, strong sales and leadership skills, and the ability to manage customers and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

- Lead and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, customer service, billing, stock, and operational activities.
- Monitor branch processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional standards and discipline within the branch.

Sales & Business Development

- Drive the branch towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action wherever required.
- Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, repeat business, and local market development.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team effectively.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual and team performance.
- Review KPIs and productivity on a regular basis.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales and customer-handling skills.
- Maintain team discipline and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Customer Experience

- Personally handle key and high-value customers when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.




- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

CRM, Billing & Stock Coordination

- Monitor the effective use and timely updating of the CRM system.
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding billing and stock requirements.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate stock movement where required.
- Ensure accuracy of branch records and operational documentation.

Reporting & Performance Management

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance.
- Review sales, team productivity, customer, and operational KPIs.
- Submit regular branch performance reports and updates to management.
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–5 years of overall experience with relevant managerial/supervisory experience.
- Strong sales and business development orientation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse performance and take effective decisions.
- Knowledge of CRM, billing, reporting, and basic operational processes.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach.
- Willingness to travel for business/field requirements when required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹40,000 per month
- Rotational Week Off
